NO OUTSOURCING - THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION

This position requires an individual that can think on their feet, follow through with tasks until they are completed, take on projects with minimal direction, work under intense deadlines and prioritize tasks.

REQUIRED: 2 years or more experience with ColdFusion, PHP-MySQL, and HTML/CSS editing (with a text editor) Working on web sites with member areas, e-commerce through Authorize.net and Paypal, good CSS (no graphics required).

Need to understand how to create complex joined queries in SQL. Good knowledge of CGI variables. Clean, well written and clearly commented coding style. At any given time we have about 10-15 projects in development. We will have a meeting to review the specific project then you will write the code for it.

There are 2 other programmers on the team - some projects will involve other team members some will be solo.

Us: 10+ year old - growing internet company based in Daytona Beach Florida. We have a very laid-back fun environment; however we also deal with intense deadlines and are very serious about our work.

You: Positive Attitude - eager to take on new challenges! Don't mind listening to music while working. Must know ColdFusion and willing to learn more (so be a fast learner). Business-casual / jeans dress. Need to be able to write code FAST!

Need to be able to handle tight deadlines without supervision. We normally don't work weekends unless we are behind on a deadline. Able to see projects through to completion with minimal or no supervision. Self motivated and self sufficient. Takes direction well and is able to suggest unique and creative solutions to problems.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: First interview will be by phone call after reviewing resume and assuring all requirements are met. Second interview will be with the Vice President whereby referrals will be called upon. Third interview will be with the Chief Technical Officer whom will be determining hire. Interview process may take up to 3 months depending on how many applicants need to be reviewed.
